Great for working on fine motor skills. I suggest supervising if your child is 7 years of younger due to the beads involved. This is probably more on the girly side, but who knows, your little guy might find this just as fun as your daughter. This activity will spark their creativity and pattern making. The supplies are SUPER simple, Cardboard & Yarn, with a little bit of help from your scissors and a marker to trace and cut your letter out. This can be monitored, but it is probably best that your child gets to express themselves freely without much direction.

This project is ADORABLE. Your kids will love making these. You can make this craft last as short or as long as you would like. Adult Supervision is suggested for younger kiddos. PERSONALLY, My girls love being able to hang up their art on my fridge or on our metal doors. So creating these magnets just makes hanging up their art, even more special.

#5 DIY Sensory Bottles
This is a great project that’ll go past just creating it. Sensory bottles are great for kids that need that little extra something to calm down. Sensory bottles are great in the classroom, but also great at home. My oldest daughter has ADHD and these are wonderful additions to our home. Not only did she love making our sensory bottles, but she loves watching them. Normal supplies are pretty simple for these, you can create sensory bottles with almost anything. the basic supplies needed will be a left over drink bottle and a hot glue gun. Our sensory bottles at home are filled with different things. We have bottles filled with Rice, some with Shampoo & water, some with baby oil and glitter. You really can do anything! the possibilities are endless.
